The NEWA original Mechanical Prefilter for the Duetto Internal Filter is the mechanical pre-filtration sponge engineered to intercept debris, organic residues and suspended particles before they reach the biological and chemical filtration stages — protecting them from clogging and significantly extending their service life. Manufactured from high-density filter material with a calibrated pore structure, it delivers effective particle retention without restricting hydraulic flow. Precision-shaped to fit the NEWA Duetto IF pre-filter chamber: no bypass, no loss of efficiency. Washable and reusable. Replacement recommended every 3–6 months. NEWA Original Spare Part.
